Grilled Key West Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tail on
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Very finely chopped red bell pepper
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red bell pepper, lime juice, and salt to taste. 
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  3. Place the shrimp evenly onto skewers and grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque and cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately!
