- 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tail on
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Very finely chopped red bell pepper
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red bell pepper, lime juice, and salt to taste.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Place the shrimp evenly onto skewers and grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately!
