- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, finely diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon house seasoning
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced Vidalia onion, sliced green onions, and house seasoning.
- Mash and mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape into a cheeseball (or leave as a cheese spread in a serving bowl).
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours.
- Serve with Ritz crackers and watch it disappear.
Notes
- Extra green onions make a pretty garnish.
- For a firmer cheeseball, chill overnight.
- For a cheese spread, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- This is a perfect make-ahead appetizer for parties and holiday gatherings.

1/4 cup each Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper. Mix together and store in a jar.Â
