Description

Extra Crispy Air Fryer Wings have extra crispy skin, and buffalo sauce, and are made right in the air fryer! These are perfect for game day or when you’re craving the crispiest wings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. Chicken Wings – separated.
  • 1 TBS Ranch Seasoning Powder

Sweet & Spicy Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 TBS honey or golden syrup

Instructions

  • Pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  • Season the chicken wings in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of ranch powder per one pound of chicken wings.
  • Let these hang out on the counter while you preheat your air fryer to 325˚.
  • Once the air fryer has preheated for a few minutes, lay the chicken wings on the air fryer basket in a single layer. If you can make it work where they aren’t touching each other, you’ll get faster results. If they are touching each other, it’s no big deal!
  • Cook your wings at 325˚ for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, take them out and shake the air fryer basket, or turn each wing over.
  • Cook again, but this time raise the heat to 350˚ for another 5-8 minutes.
  • Do this 2-3 more times, until your wings are as crispy as you like!

Making the Sweet & Spicy Buffalo Sauce!

  • In a small pot, add in your 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 cup butter, and 1-2 tablespoons of honey or golden syrup, stir together until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.
  • Once your wings are cooked to perfection, drizzle the sauce over top the wings (either in a large bowl on the side, or right inside the air fryer if you have a basket like mine!).
  • Cook at 350-400˚ for 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to adhere to the wings.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and lots of fresh celery!
