Ingredients

- 2 TBS Oyster Sauce
- 2 TBS Black Vinegar
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 3–4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1” Knob of Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Optional: 2 tsp Neutral Oil (such as vegetable or sunflower)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except oil into a bowl. If you are using the oil, heat on the stove for 2-3 minutes, or until very hot, but not smoking. Pour the oil over the sauce and allow to sizzle. When the sizzling stops, give it a stir.
Mix the dumpling sauce together, and serve with your favorite asian dumplings!
