Ingredients

Seafood Butter

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 TBS Tony Chachere’s seasoning

  • 1 TBS Cajun seasoning

  • TBS BBQ seasoning

  • 1 TBS garlic powder

  • 1 TBS dried minced onions

Chicken Wing Marinade

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 2 TBS Cajun seasoning

  • 1 TBS BBQ seasoning

  • 2 TBS olive oil

Boil Components

  • Kielbasa sausage

  • Corn on the cob

  • Sweet onions

  • Potatoes


Instructions

Cook the Boil Components (All at 400°F)

Because air fryers vary in size, you may need to cook in batches.

  • 🥔 Potatoes + onions: 15 minutes

  • 🌽 Corn cobs: 10 minutes

  • 🌭 Kielbasa sausage: 10 minutes

  • 🍗 Chicken wings: 20 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt butter and stir in seasonings.

  2. Marinate wings.

  3. Air fry all components at 400°F (see times above).

  4. Stack in tray, drizzle butter.

  5. Keep warm in the oven and serve.


Notes

You can prep all of these ingredients ahead of time (except the potatoes, leave those until just before air frying to cut up!).
