Ingredients

  • 2 containers of Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 2 cups Bolognese sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 balls of burrata
  • 1 loaf crusty bread or focaccia, cut into cubes or slices
  • Optional: balsamic glaze, fresh basil, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: 375°F (190°C).
  2. Assemble the Bake: Spread Boursin in a baking dish. Top with Bolognese.
  3. Bake: 25 minutes, uncovered, until bubbly and golden.
  4. Add Burrata: Top with torn burrata, return to oven for 10 more minutes.
  5. Toast the Croutons: Bake bread cubes/slices until golden, 8–10 minutes.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Warm, with crispy bread and a glass of wine. Cheers!
