- 2 containers of Boursin cheese (any flavor)
- 2 cups Bolognese sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 balls of burrata
- 1 loaf crusty bread or focaccia, cut into cubes or slices
- Optional: balsamic glaze, fresh basil, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: 375°F (190°C).
- Assemble the Bake: Spread Boursin in a baking dish. Top with Bolognese.
- Bake: 25 minutes, uncovered, until bubbly and golden.
- Add Burrata: Top with torn burrata, return to oven for 10 more minutes.
- Toast the Croutons: Bake bread cubes/slices until golden, 8–10 minutes.
- Serve & Enjoy: Warm, with crispy bread and a glass of wine. Cheers!
