Blackened Salmon Bites with Garlic Honey Butter is an incredible recipe with just a few simple ingredients and your broiler for an easy dinner!
Ingredients
Scale
Salmon Bites
- 1, 8 ounce Salmon Fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Blackening Seasoning
Honey Garlic Glaze
- 1 TBS Honey
- 1 Garlic Clove, grated
- 2 TBS Butter
Instructions
- Turn your broiler on high.
- To a bowl, add your bite-sized pieces of salmon.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of blackening seasoning over the salmon.
- Using your hands, mix really well until every piece of salmon is coated well. Set to the side.
- To make your Honey Garlic Glaze, in a small bowl, add the 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Using a microplane, carefully grate the garlic clove over the butter and honey.
- Pop this bowl into the microwave for 15 seconds to melt the butter. Stir to combine, and set aside.
- When you’re ready to broil your salmon, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. (We don’t use parchment paper here because parchment paper burns past 400˚!)
- Lay out your salmon pieces with 1-2 inches between each piece.
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, then flip to the other side.
- Drizzle the honey butter glaze over top, and serve!
