Air Fryer Mediterranean Chicken Skewers are the chicken kebabs you’re craving! Packed with flavor chicken pieces are cooked in the air fryer to juicy perfection, ready for whatever meal you want to use them in!

- 1.5 pounds Chicken, cut into chunks (I used boneless skinless chicken breast)
- 1 cup bottled Italian Dressing
- 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
“GLAZE”
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (1 garlic clove)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large zip-top bag, add your chicken pieces along with one cup of Italian dressing and two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Close the bag tightly and move around so each piece of chicken is coated in the marinade.
- Place the bag in a dish, and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours before air frying.
- 15 minutes before you want to cook your skewers, place wooden skewers in water to soak.
- String chicken pieces onto skewers, tightly packed them together.
- Place each skewer on the oiled air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove and flip each chicken skewer over.
- Air fryer again, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Make the glaze while the second air fryer happens.
- In a small skillet, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil with one teaspoon each of garlic powder, oregano, and lemon pepper. Add the green onions and let them sizzle for 2 minutes.
- When your chicken is cooked through, remove and plate.
- Brush the flavorful glaze over each chicken skewer, and serve!
