🥩 Braised Short Ribs - talk about comfort food! Seared on all sides, braised in red wine, and impossibly tender! Use the leftover shredded meat for sandwiches the next day, or turn into an incredible bolognese sauce.

🍝 Spaghetti and Meatballs - spoil yourself with this recipe! Plus, roll out more meatballs than you need, and freeze for a few weeks from now when you’re people are asking for this happiness on a plate again.
