Sheet Pan Chicken Quesadillas are an easy way to get dinner on the table, in way less time than making stovetop quesadillas!

Use a super market purchased bacon and cheddat dip, mixing it with shredded chicken and green onions. Use this for your creamy, CHEESY chicken filling!

Lay out tortillas, then add some shredded cheese to the bottom. Spoon your filling on one side, then smoosh close! Line up as many as you can on your baking tray.

Spray the outside of the tortillas with avodado oil, and bake at 425˚ for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown, crispy, and the cheese is melted!

Slice the quesadillas in half, serving right from the sheet pan! Serve with homemade guacamole, ranch, sour cream, and salsa! Or, whatever your family likes best!
