Chop your way to a prepped and ready salad, that stays fresh all week long!

veggies needed:

Lettuce - romaine or iceberg holds up well. Carrots Celery Cauliflower Broccoli Green Onions

Mix everything up really well after chopping into bite sized pieces.

Place a clean paper towel on top of the salad, inside your storage container. This will help prolong the life of the salad. And keep it from getting soggy!

Store upside down, so the paper towel ends up on the bottom. Store in your fridge, and every couple of days replace the paper towel.
