Chopped Salad for Weekly Ingredient Prep

Toni’s Chopped Salad is the everyday salad you want to meal prep with all kinds of veggies! Use this sneaky hack to keep everything crisp and not soggy!

My darling grandmother has been making this salad for as long as I can remember. She would lovingly stand at the counter for over an hour, slicing, dicing, and chopping all the vegetables for this delightful salad. The best part of the whole recipe? You make this on Sunday and enjoy it all week long, or until it’s gone.

This Salad includes: Lettuce Carrots Cauliflower Celery Onions Green Onions Optional:  Broccoli Olives Bell Peppers

I leave out cucumbers and tomatoes, since they're ultra soggy, and create more moisture in the bin than you need.

SECRET TIP:  Store the salad with a paper towel on top. Then, store the container UPSIDE DOWN in the fridge! This helps keep everything crispy!
