pat your salmon fillet dry, and slice into bite sized pieces. Place in a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt over top the salmon, along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Spoon 2 tablespoons Blackening Seasoning over top the salmon.
Mix the seasoning with the salmon very well, until each pice is coated.
Broil the salmon at 500˚ on a foil lined baking sheet, for 5-6 minutes.
In a small bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and grate 1 large clove of garlic into it. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey and mix it in. Glaze each piece of salmon after it's broiled.
broil again after you've added the honey garlic glaze, just for a couple of minutes being careful not to let the honey burn.
After the salmon is cooked, serve to your people!
