Vintage Market Days set up shop here in Asheville, NC at the WNC Ag Center. And boy was it fun!
Years ago, when my mama and I visited a friend in Wimberley, Texas, we went to their Market Days… and, wow!! If I ever wanted a farmhouse, a truck with a trailer, and a man to carry it all was this time! They had so many wonderful antiques, beautiful painted furniture, and vintage goods I thought I was in heaven.
Well, now Scott Money (brilliantly!) figured out a way to own part of the franchise and move this market all around the country. Vintage Market Days recently came to Asheville and had a very successful weekend.
Not only was the weather perfect — the shopping was fabulous. LOTS of vendors — like, too many to count! Food trucks, folk music, and everything antique made for the perfect scenario.
I found some great goodies at Vintage Market Days for my new apartment…
This sugar mold has already made it’s home on my kitchen cart to hold my flatware + straws.
Don’t you love that tea towel?! Have you ever seen this phone call on Ellen with dear, sweet Gladys??
I went on a Saturday morning, and just had to go back Sunday afternoon!
So glad I did, look what came home with me…
This Old Thing Designs is based out of Charleston, SC and they lovingly handstamp silver… It’s just adorable. I wanted to buy all the things.. they’ll even custom stamp a piece for you!
