Swiss Onion Dip Sliders with Ham — melty Swiss cheese, sweet Vidalia onion, and savory ham baked on Hawaiian rolls. Easy make-ahead sliders for parties, game day, or holidays!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz mayonnaise

  • 1 medium sweet Vidalia onion, shredded

  • 1/2 tsp Smash Seasoning

  • 1/2 lb thin-sliced deli ham, chopped

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard

Optional Slider Top Glaze:

  • 2 TBS Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Poppyseeds
  • 1 TBS Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Mix cheese, mayo, onion, seasoning, and ham.

  • Mix mayo + mustard; spread on rolls.

  • Place bottoms in a baking dish, add filling, and top with roll tops.

  • If you’re using the glaze, melt the butter, poppyseeds, and brown sugar together until bubbly. Swipe over the roll tops with a silicone basting brush.
  • Cover with foil; bake 20 min. Uncover; bake 5 min more.

  • Slice and serve warm.
