Swiss Onion Dip Sliders with Ham — melty Swiss cheese, sweet Vidalia onion, and savory ham baked on Hawaiian rolls. Easy make-ahead sliders for parties, game day, or holidays!

8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

8 oz mayonnaise

1 medium sweet Vidalia onion, shredded

1/2 tsp Smash Seasoning

1/2 lb thin-sliced deli ham, chopped

12 Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
Optional Slider Top Glaze:
- 2 TBS Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 1 TBS Brown Sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix cheese, mayo, onion, seasoning, and ham.

Mix mayo + mustard; spread on rolls.

Place bottoms in a baking dish, add filling, and top with roll tops.
- If you’re using the glaze, melt the butter, poppyseeds, and brown sugar together until bubbly. Swipe over the roll tops with a silicone basting brush.

Cover with foil; bake 20 min. Uncover; bake 5 min more.

Slice and serve warm.
