- 12 Frozen Dinner Rolls, thawed
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Plop your frozen dough balls into an oiled muffin tin, then cover loosely with plastic wrap or a clean tea towel while the balls thaw for an hour or so.
- Once the dough balls are thawed, give a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of ranch seasoning to each one.
- Pick each dough ball and coat each with the oil and seasoning. Flatten and smoosh back into each muffin cup.
- Then, spread the pizza sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you’d like over each pizza puff.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, or cool on a wire rack to freeze later.
Notes
Reheating in the Air Fryer:
Place frozen pizza puffs in a 350 degree air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
