Pimento Cheese Corn Pudding with Hot Honey

This Pimento Cheese Corn Pudding is a creamy, cheesy, Southern-style casserole with a kick of heat from hot honey. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing side dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can of Creamed Corn
  • 1 can Corn Kernels (drained)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Pimento Cheese
  • Hot Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together muffin mix, creamed corn, corn kernels, sour cream, and pimento cheese. 
  3. Pour into baking dish and smooth the top. 
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden and set in the center. 
  5. Drizzle hot honey generously over top before serving. 
  6. Serve warm and watch it disappear!
