Description
Honey Butter BBQ Corn is the easiest five-minute side dish you’ll ever make. Sweet, smoky, buttery, and completely addictive — perfect for weeknights, cookouts, or layering into a dinner party menu.
Ingredients
-
1 stick (½ cup) butter
-
1–2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
-
3 tablespoons honey
-
2 pounds corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
Instructions
-
Add the butter, BBQ seasoning, honey, and corn to a medium pot or oven-safe dish.
-
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is melted, glossy, and the corn is heated through.
-
Taste and adjust seasoning — add more honey for sweetness or more BBQ seasoning for smoky flavor.
-
Serve warm and watch it disappear.
Notes
-
For a creamy variation, add 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream.
-
If you use canned corn, drain it well before adding.
-
Try different BBQ seasoning blends for new flavor twists.
- You can also bake this; just add everything to a baking dish and bake at 350˚ for 25 minutes. Stir to combine all the flavors.
