This ginger peach fizz is about the most summer in a cocktail as you can get! Muddling peaches and adding vodka + ginger ale?! Yes, please! ???

Now, once again, this isn’t a recipe…. It’s a give or take whatever amounts you want! Seriously. This is for the peaches that are on the fritz, make a fizz!

For me, summer time means peach season. Peach pie, peach ice cream, peach cobbler, peaches and cream….ALL THE PEACHES. <— that link right there is taking it wayyyyyy back in the day…..

Ingredients

Scale

2 peach slices
2 parts vodka
2 parts ginger ale

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Take your peach slices (peeled or unpeeled, doesn’t matter!) and muddle in the bottom of a jar.
Add in a handful of ice.
Pour in two counts vodka
Add in two counts ginger ale (or ginger beer would be extra yummy!)
Stir well with a cocktail spoon to combine.
