Garlic Bread
Easy, make ahead garlic bread recipe that will take your next Italian feast over the top!
My sweet friend, Jane, makes the BEST garlic bread. And, it is so easy, you’ll never believe it!
It’s great for any night you need that extra bread {carb!} loving. And, this garlic bread recipe hits the spot. It has some bite to it, since you use raw garlic that has “steeped” in butter for a time. Each slice is slathered in the butter, and baked as one big loaf. It’s also great since you can coat the bread early in the day, wrap in foil, and keep in the fridge until you need to bake it.
Garlic Bread
The easiest, three ingredient garlic bread you'll ever make!
Ingredients
- 1 loaf, sourdough bread, sliced
- 1 stick salted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚
- In small saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic over low heat.
- Line a jelly roll pan with enough foil to wrap the bread completely.
- Brush melted garlic butter on either side of sourdough bread - thoroughly coating.
- Bake at 350˚ for 20 minutes.
Notes
You can make this ahead of time. After you've wrapped the bread up in the foil, place in fridge until ready to use (only 24 hours in advance). When ready to bake, place in COLD oven, then turn to 350˚ and bake for 20 minutes.
