Description

This easy 3-layer chive onion dip combines creamy sour cream, chive and onion cream cheese, salsa, and fresh Colby Jack cheese for the perfect party appetizer that takes just 5 minutes to make.

  • 8 oz chive and onion cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup salsa (your favorite variety)
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, freshly shredded
  • Tortilla chips or pork rinds for serving

  1. In a medium bowl, blend the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in your serving dish.
  3. Layer the salsa evenly over the cream cheese base.
  4. Top with the freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese.
