- 8 oz chive and onion cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup salsa (your favorite variety)
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, freshly shredded
- Tortilla chips or pork rinds for serving

- In a medium bowl, blend the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in your serving dish.
- Layer the salsa evenly over the cream cheese base.
- Top with the freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or pork rinds, or chill for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
