- 1 5.2 ounce-round of Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Herb or Basil & Chive, preferred)
- 1 cup Tomato Salad
- I package Baby Naan
- Balsamic Glaze for garnish
TOMATO SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
- 1 medium Shallot, diced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 teaspoon Caper Brine
- 2 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 TBS Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 TBS Fresh Basil Leaves, torn or cut into ribbons
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
TOMATO SALAD:
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for an hour before using on Boursin Bruschetta
BOURSIN BRUSCHETTA
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the round of Boursin cheese in the center in a cast iron skillet.
- Add the baby naan around the cheese in a concentric circle.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
- Once the cheese is slightly melty, spoon the tomato salad over top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve!
