Ingredients

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    • 1 garlic clove, minced

    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    1. In a zip-top bag or an airtight container, combine chicken breasts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Seal and mix well to coat.

    1. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.

    1. Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.

    1. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  1. Check for doneness (internal temp of 165˚F). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
