- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

- In a zip-top bag or an airtight container, combine chicken breasts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Seal and mix well to coat.

- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.

- Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.

- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temp of 165˚F). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
