2–3 large russet potatoes, diced

1 large onion, chopped

2–3 tbsp oil

2 tbsp Sweetpea’s Firecracker Seasoning
Instructions

Toss potatoes and onions with oil and seasoning.

Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Shake.

Air fry 10 minutes more. Shake again.

Spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry 5–10 more minutes, until crispy.
