The ONLY Steak Marinade You Will Ever Need

A simple steak marinade. Rich sauces and hardy herbs complement this marinade.

Marinade Ingredients:

Soy Sauce
Red Wine Vinegar
Dry Sherry
Worcestershire Sauce
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Thyme
Rosemary
Shallot

****The measurements depend on how much you need. So, here is a little formula: equal parts liquid, and a tablespoon for every other ingredient. For one to two steaks, I do 1/4 cup each of the liquids, and a tablespoon each of the others.****

Combine all ingredients in bowls, and pour over steak in a rimmed baking dish. Let sit for at least 4 hours, it’s better if you let it sit overnight! Turn the steak a few times during the marinating process. Or, if you put it in a closed container you can just shake it well! 😉

Meat swimming in herbs and sauce. YUM.

I cannot tell you how much I love Press-n-Seal wrap. So much better than plastic wrap…

Now, grill your steaks according to your preference. This marinade is great on pork chops and other cuts of beef: london broil, flank steak, chuck roast, etc.
