Well, 2017, here you are! You’ve been here for just over a week, and we’re all adjusting just fine.
Once again, I’m starting my year off with the Low Carb Living Wagon… And, the future’s looking bright.
My tips for Low Carb Living are simple:
- PLAN AHEAD — seriously. Make this part of your routine.
- Shop ahead — having items on hand will save you from a bummer!
- Don’t get too hungry
